Conference Package

A Conference Package ticket is available (not including the Gala Dinner) to include the Friday night Reception, the Saturday full day Conference, and the Sunday half day Conference.

£140 members, £160 non-members

You can choose this option on the online booking form.

Reception: Friday 2nd September, 6pm-8.30pm

  • We will be greeting delegates at a Wine and Canapes Reception
  • Venue: The Andrew Wiles Building, South Mezzanine, Woodstock Road, Oxford OX2 6GG
  • £25 members, £30 non-members

Conference: Saturday 3rd September, 9am-6pm

  • Whole day conference including keynote addresses, a choice of panel sessions and optional talks and workshops
  • Tea, coffee and juices will be served; price includes a classic sandwich lunch
  • Venue: The Andrew Wiles Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford OX2 6GG
  • £75 members, £85 non-members

Gala Dinner: Saturday 3rd September, 7.30pm-11pm

  • Includes three course dinner with complementary bottles of red and white wine on each table followed by tea/coffee and petit fours (vegetarian option available)
  • Star after-dinner speech
  • Period Music
  • Costume Pageant (Come prepared to dress in period costume if you would like to take part)
  • The famous ‘Saturday Night Readings’ – this time with an Historical Suspense theme
  • Venue: St Anne’s College, Dining Hall, Woodstock Road, Oxford OX2 6HS
  • £60 members, £70 non-members (limited to those attending a day Conference and their partners – but no more than one partner per day Conference attendee)

The Gala Dinner will be prepared by superb Oxford chefs and served in the beautiful St Anne’s College opposite the conference venue. It is a set menu with a vegetarian option for the main course. Beetroot, goats cheese and walnut salad, breast of corn-fed chicken, wild mushrooms, leeks and tarragon., champagne and strawberry torte. The vegetarian/vegan option will be roast stuffed pepper, baby ratatouille and herb topping. Allergies will be taken into account.

Conference: Sunday 4th September, 9am-2pm
