Choose your panels/talks/workshops and pitch session
Once you have booked your place at the conference, you will need to use the form below to specify which of the optional panel/talk/workshop events you would like to attend, and if you plan on making a pitch, which session and agent/editor you wish to pitch to.
Please book your events and/or pitches as soon as possible to guarantee your place, as numbers are strictly limited and we expect demand to be high.
Instructions
- Download the conference programme (PDF) to see full details about each optional panel/talk/workshop event.
- If you wish to make a pitch, download the pitch sessions timetable (PDF) to see which agents/editors are available at which sessions.
- Find out about the agents and editors on our Who’s Who page.
- Places are limited and demand is likely to be high, so please book early. Latest availabilities are shown below.
- Once you have made your choices, scroll down to the booking form at the bottom of this page, enter your booking reference (that you received when you booked), your email address, then select your chosen events and/or pitches.
- Lost your booking reference? Visit this page to get a reminder by email.
- If you book an event or pitch session which turns out to be full, we will contact you by email to ask for your second preference.
- If your preferred pitch clashes with an event you are attending, you can slip out quietly for the pitch then return.
- You can book a maximum of one pitch session.
- Note that you may only book events and/or a pitch session for a day on which you will be attending the conference as a delegate.
